After discussions with the management, we conduct one-on-one or group interviews with the target audience to create the training structure. Following all the interviews, the collected outputs are analyzed by Guest Academy.

Based on the analyses, we identify topic headings and prepare content that are tailored to the needs of your internal or external target audience. The training topics and contents are custom-made to match the dynamics, needs, and requirements of each institution individually.

Customization Over Standardization

Faculty-Based Structure

Guest Academy trainings are divided into various faculties in line with the academy’s structure. Each training consists of contents and modules from the relevant department of the faculties.
