One of our most valued programs, the “Development Ambassadors” initiative, is designed to cultivate your internal trainers or trainer candidates into professional internal facilitators. We begin with one-on-one consultations to carefully select internal trainer candidates and establish trainer criteria that align with your organization’s dynamics. At the conclusion of all training sessions, we ensure that the knowledge and skills gained are effectively transferred to your Development Ambassadors, enabling the sustainable integration of these efforts within your organization.
